KCCI Meet'n'Greet - Kingaroy
The South Burnett Regional Council will be hosting tonight's Kingaroy Chamber of Commerce meet'n'greet at the Kingaroy Town Hall Reception Room in Glendon Street, Kingaroy. Guest speakers will include Mayor Kathy Duff, who will be providing an overview of the recent Council Budget; TSBE chair Ian Macfarlane; and Katie Mulder, from the Queensland Renewable Energy Council. Cost to attend is $15 per person for KCCI members or $20 for non-members. RSVP by email before July 26.
Walking Football - Kingaroy
The Kingaroy Senior Soccer Club is holding Walking Football from 6:00pm tonight at the Tom Alford soccer grounds in Oliver Bond Street, Kingaroy. Everyone is invited to try out this sport and enjoy a fun, social night at the clubhouse. Footwear is runners (no boots) and there's no need for shin guards. No experience is necessary!
Art Workshop - Nanango

- The Kingaroy Men's Shed will be holding their regular morning meeting at the old Motor Pool building off Geoff Raph Drive at Kingaroy Airport from 8:00am to 11:00am today. The group meets every Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday morning and new members and visitors are always welcome.

Goomeri To Kingaroy Shopping Bus
- Graham House will be running a shopping bus between Goomeri and Kingaroy today. The bus will pick up customers from their Goomeri address at 8:30am and transport them to the Kingaroy Mall (or other destinations if arranged beforehand), then make a return journey to Goomeri at around 11:30am. Tickets on the bus are $15 per person return and the bus runs fortnightly on Tuesdays, but places are limited so a booking is necessary. South Burnett Pantry - Kingaroy
- The South Burnett Pantry will be open from 8:30am to 12:00 noon today at 1A (Lot 3) Railway Terrace in Kingaroy. The Pantry is a not-for-profit registered charity run by a Board of Management and staffed by volunteers, and it helps low-income families, couples and singles stretch their shopping dollar further. The Pantry offers $50 or $35 options to select food and the other items.
Alcoholics Anonymous - Murgon
- Alcoholics Anonymous is a fellowship of people who share their experience, strength and hope with each other to solve their common problem and help others to recover from alcoholism. The only requirement for membership is a desire to stop drinking. There are no dues or fees for membership. AA is not allied with any sect, denomination, politics, organisation or institution.
