All Daily Calendar entries usually contain the following information:

When and where it's on (with full street addresses - tourists,
visitors and new residents may not be familiar with exactly where a venue

Outline the main points about what's happening

List entry fees or charges if there are any, and then...

Provide contact details so that interested people can obtain more
information if they need to - at a minimum, this should be a phone number,
but we can also list email contacts and web site URLs too if you have them.
If you're listing in advance of finalising all these details,
though, simply let us know and we'll put a brief summary online for
you anyway.
This will allow you to notify other people about what you're planning even
if the full details won't become clearer until closer to the actual date.
Naturally, we'll update your listing later when all the details are
fully in place and you tell us about them.

a multi-day event like a town festival with different activities
each day, or if you want to send us a flyer to attach to your event

We try to list entries promptly - usually within a few days of submission
- but if you're submitting an entry several months in advance of the
date it will be run and we're very busy, then listing might be delayed
until we have sufficient free time available. However, you'll receive
a confirmation email from us as soon as your entry is online.
